NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting will be held on Thursday,August 13, 2015 at
1:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 505 South Garey Avenue, Pomona,
on which there is an item concerning the sale of Successor Agency-owned Lot 99 in Pomona
Ranch Plaza.
The Pomona Successor Agency Oversight Board proposes to adopt a Resolution approving the
Purchase, Sale and Remediation Agreement with Phillips Ranch Business Center, LLC (YK
America) for the purchase and remediation of Lot 99 of the Pomona Ranch Plaza.

The City has prepared a report containing details, which is available for Public Review in the
City Clerk's Office located at City Hall, 505 South Garey Avenue and on the City's website at
www.ci.pomona.ca.us.
